Thomas H. Looker is from Rochester New York and moved to Clearwater, Florida in 1973. Tom has a MBA Degree and is a Certified Financial Planner since 1976. He has spent over 28 years advising clients on the best method of structuring and timing of investment opportunities. He brings to Sunbelt a wide range of experience ranging from CEO of a manufacturing company to CFO of a large construction/developer firm. He is co-founder with Dan Grimmer of Sunbelt Real Estate Acquisitions. LLC and is responsible for identifying and structuring the co-venture opportunities.
