real estate investment returns are above average and our projections have been
realized on all investment properties completed. Current minimum equity investment
levels range from $100,000 to $500,000. SUNBELT REA requires that the net worth
of the investors be a minimum of ten times the amount of their investment in any
one property. Property Management Services: SUNBELT REA has found through experience that by investing in properties
that have "problems" that better than average returns can be realized by solving
the associated problems. The solution normally requires intensive management time,
budgeted investment funds and patience in order to turn the property into it's
maximum value. In order to
assist our partners/investors in achieving their investment goals, SUNBELT REA
has a management company for those properties and where the owners desires local
management. SUNBELT REA's property management expertise has benefited all of our
